1. Account and identity

2. Booking information

You agree to provide complete and accurate booking details, including guest counts, traveler contact information, and any requested stay or flight information. Incorrect information may affect reservation processing, check-in, boarding, or support handling.

3. Payments

OnlineTravelAgent uses supported payment methods and payment gateway processing for hotel and flight bookings. Pending reservations may expire automatically if payment is not completed within the stated time. Prices, fees, taxes, and availability are revalidated at booking time.

4. Hotels and flights

Hotel room availability, flight schedules, fares, and booking status depend on live operational data. OnlineTravelAgent may update order, reservation, or payment status when a partner system or payment provider returns new information.

5. Email verification and notifications

You agree that OnlineTravelAgent may send email verification messages, booking confirmations, payment instructions, and travel updates to the email address registered on your account. Some customer actions may require a verified email before proceeding.

6. Profile and contact details

You are responsible for keeping your profile, email address, and phone number up to date so booking instructions, payment reminders, and service notifications can reach you correctly.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the platform, attempt fraudulent bookings or payments, interfere with availability, access accounts that do not belong to you, or use the service in a way that harms OnlineTravelAgent, its partners, or other travelers.

8. Cancellation and changes

Reservation changes, cancellations, refunds, or payment reversals may depend on booking status, hotel or airline policy, and payment provider rules. Not all bookings can be changed after payment or confirmation.

9. Limitation of service

OnlineTravelAgent provides the booking platform and order management experience, but fulfillment of hotel stays, flights, check-in, and operational travel services remains subject to the relevant hotel, airline, and payment provider processes.

10. Agreement

By checking the agreement box and registering, you confirm that you understand these terms and consent to use OnlineTravelAgent for hotel and flight booking services under these conditions.
